By AccountancyAge.com 07 Oct 2008

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has recruited Graham Rowlands-Hempel from Linklaters as a director in its human resource services practice, where he will advise on and help design a range of employee share plans.

He will also handle executive incentives, including share option plans, UK Revenue approved plans, restricted stock plans, employee share ownership plans and other executive and all-employee incentive arrangements.

Before joining Linklaters in 1994, where he was made partner in 1998, Rowlands-Hempel was assistant solicitor at Simmons & Simmons. On qualification, he was a corporate tax lawyer before specialising in employee share plans and executive incentives.

Carol Dempsey, PwC partner said: ‘At a time when companies are giving extra consideration to the way they reward their employees of all levels, Graham Rowlands-Hempel is an important addition to our growing reward team.’
