Nature takes over Palgrave Macmillan licence sales

Nature acts as sales agent for Palgrave

IWR Staff, Information World Review 01 Oct 2007

Access to Palgrave Macmillan information will now be sold to organisations on a site licence basis by sister company Nature Publishing Group, the parent company Macmillan Group.

In a series of changes to its sales and access plans, Palgrave Macmillan also announced that it will no longer offer combined print and online subscription packages. With Nature selling Palgrave Macmillan content organisations can now expect their packages to be based on users, not on the number of sites; full access to current content and some archives; and desktop access to unlimited concurrent users.

Organisations with an online only, or combined deal, are advised to renew their subscriptions in 2008 and they will be contact by Nature representatives.
